The Boston meditation Group is now meeting every other week on Monday nights.
The first teaching occured on October 24th with Rinpoche leading the teaching. We gather for bi-weekly meditation seesions at locations in both Cambridge and Boston. Whether you have practiced in the past or are interested to learn more, everyone is welcome to join. New mats and sitting pillows have just been purchased, so no need to carry anything - just come - and let your brain calm down for a while!
